OUR OWNERS
Toni Pastermack has been a fixture in Brevard County since 1967, bringing over three decades of real estate expertise to the area. Starting her career in the '90s, Toni quickly rose to prominence, earning prestigious accolades such as the Lifetime Achiever title, the Chairman’s Award, and induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. With more than $500 million in sales, Toni’s success is a testament to her dedication and skill in the real estate industry.
In January 2013, Toni founded Pastermack Real Estate, setting a new benchmark for client satisfaction and personalized service in the community. Her deep knowledge of the area, honed negotiating skills, and professional marketing strategies have equipped her to thrive in the ever-evolving market. In 2021, Toni expanded her business ventures by launching Pastermack Management Group alongside her son Nick and daughter-in-law Molly, continuing her enduring commitment to serving Brevard County with excellence, generation after generation.
Nick and Molly Pastermack are visionary owner partners at Pastermack Management Group. With over two decades of marriage, Nick and Molly have built not only a strong personal partnership but also a thriving business empire deeply rooted in Brevard County. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management and Finance. His leadership is instrumental in guiding Pastermack Management Group to success, overseeing complex operations and developing sound financial strategies. Molly, a licensed real estate agent, brings her deep understanding of the property market to the partnership, making her an invaluable asset to the team. Her passion for real estate is evident in every project she undertakes, from property flipping to long-term investment management.

Pastermack Management Group is pleased to offer its clients a full-service property management department. Whether you have recently acquired a property or are just tired of dealing with the daily management of an existing property, Pastermack Management Group has the ability to serve you. We offer a variety of services that may include any of the following and can be customized to fit your needs.
We market your property to find acceptable tenants. We will screen potential tenants by conducting background and credit checks. Lease documents are then coordinated by our office to ensure legal protection of the owner.
Once a tenant is in place, we can manage all tenant relations. We will collect and hold security deposits according to FL housing laws. We will collect rent and strictly enforce late fees. We will also conduct routine walkthroughs to verify that the tenant is fulfilling their maintenance obligations and that there is no property damage.
We act as a point of contact for your tenants and are available 24/7 to deal with maintenance requests and have the necessary contacts to handle emergency situations.
We supervise and coordinate routine maintenance as well as any repairs needed. Owners may authorize repairs up to a certain dollar amount and then will be contacted for further instructions in the event of large repairs or renovation. We have a network of trusted contractors that enable us to handle any type of situation.
We perform routine inspections to ensure the security and marketability of a property.
We handle any disbursements that you may wish, including but not limited to: mortgage, insurance, taxes, dues, utilities and routine maintenance costs such as pool and lawn care. We will facilitate initializing accounts and contracts to ensure that your property is up and running quickly and smoothly.
We provide monthly breakdowns of any income and expenses and issue owner draws if needed. We will also provide annual tax documentation.
